YAEZ supports the automotive supplier MAHLE in its search for talents who use their passion for technology to work on climate-neutral solutions for the mobility of tomorrow. Through personal employee stories, insights into job profiles, benefits and more, we develop awareness for MAHLE as an attractive employer. We create content and publish it on social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, as well as on the MAHLE website. In addition, we create ads, internal and external communication materials such as posters and brochures, designs, animations, and provide support in planning and strategy for global HR marketing.

International communication

MAHLE develops and produces solutions and products in 152 locations on 5 continents. In our collaboration with global HR marketing, we therefore create most content in English – and sometimes in Slovenian or Spanish if necessary. The audience we reach is not only international, but also large: Half a million users follow our LinkedIn channel alone. If we publish a new post on LinkedIn, around 35,000 people see it. In total, we reach over a million people a month with our content on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Award-winning

In the Potentialpark Ranking 2023, an award-show for employer branding, MAHLE made it into the top 25 companies worldwide that excel at communicating with talents thanks to our support. In the German ranking, MAHLE is ranked 9th, as in the previous year, among the top 10 companies in talent communication. The international online study on talent communication surveys the preferences of talents and compares them with the corresponding implementation of companies.
